Abstract/Summary:
At present, human resource management outsourcing is becoming the fastest segmentation among all kinds of outsourcing at a dramatically speed. In enterprise, the internal human resource management department is gradually changing from official management and functional management to strategic management. In the process, human resource management outsourcing is playing an important driving role. Human resource management outsourcing guides the development direction and optimizes the management process of human resources management.At present, more and more companies are confronted with the problems of human resource management outsourcing decision. Based on this, first the thesis summarizes the conception of human resource management outsourcing, defines the differences and connections among service outsourcing, business processes outsourcing and human resource management outsourcing, and then introduces respectively the background of human resource management outsourcing, analysis of advantages and ventures, and represents theories of human resource management outsourcing from management and economics, next summarizes human resource management outsourcing decision models existing at home and abroad and on this basis to construct human resource management outsourcing decision model which are composed of forward-fulfillment and backward-feedback processes. The forward-fulfillment process is that distinguish model from outsourcing or not, estimate model from the priorities of outsourcing content, choose model from outsourcing services, evaluate model from the cooperative effects between companies and outsourcing services, and analyzes them by methods of AHP, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, BP Neural Network Algorithm and Gray Clustering Comprehensive Evaluation. In the backward-feedback process, it represents possibilities in particular. These two processes made the total human resource management outsourcing decision process more integrated and systematized, Moreover, in the part of outsourcing contents this paper presents two new outsourcing forms:the E-mail outsourcing and document outsourcing. Last, it takes T company as an example to validate the human resource management outsourcing decision model, verifies its correctness and scientific by computing the actual date, analyzes the reasons for ultimate results, and puts forward the feasible solutions.
