Performance management is to combine organizational goal and personal goal. It is such a process that stratagem is based on improving organizational performance and personal performance. We can find problems in time and adapt to the new environment well which is full of challenges. Along with the depth of power supply system reform, Power supply enterprises become to face with the market which is changing quickly and full of competitions. We should enhance our ability on management,especially on performance management, in order to accommodate the situation in future.Now the performance management status of company A is very complex. It has lots of management systems which are so different that it makes multitudinous problems, such as too many evaluation indicators, ignoring other part except evaluation, lacking of personal performance. It can not help company A to develop but make difficulties to management. Company A should set up a new appropriate set of performance management to adjust itself to future.This article is based on the theory of performance management to give out a new set of performance management system for company A, by using the theory of BSC (Balanced Score Card) and KPI (Key Performance of Indicator). It studies the problems company A faced, and uses the experience on performance management within the industry or non-industry as reference. This new system removes those indicators which are not necessary or repetitive, makes indicators can be measured more easily, amend the way of point calculation and performance bonus distribution, and try to give out the way of personal performance management. This new system inherits the advantages of the old system and rejects its shortages so that it has more advantages, for example, having more clear indicators and more fair evaluation results, etc. This article is full of meaning to company A because it will be a good reference.
