In development of the tourism, developers,operators and tourists are the largest beneficiaries,The former gets the biggest profits, while the latter gets the greatest degree of satisfaction in traveling.To the native inhabitants of the tourist destination, although they get the benefits, they bear more and more negative effects with the development of tourism. China's tourism development from a historical point of view, tourism development is more from the perspective of tourists and the Government's point of view, we often overlook the interests and views of local residents. If the long-term right way to go,it would cause residents generate indifference to the development of tourism, they do not support, and even generate confrontation with tourists, which would be detrimental to tourism, health and sustainable development.In this paper, summing up, based on related research at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation in the development of domestic tourism in order to study the historical and cultural city of Qufu, destinations, empirical studies of local community residents on local perceptions of tourism impact. Comprehensive use of geography, sociology, anthropology, psychology and other multi-disciplinary theory and method, the residents perceived tourism impacts and combine the two themes of the initial formation of the residents perception of tourism impact research framework.Full-text is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance of this paper to study the ideas and methods. The second part is international research in this area.The third part is the full text of theoretical basis. PartⅣis empirical research of this article, in this part of the application software SPSS 11.5 issues screening questionnaire, the survey data processing and statistical analysis. After descriptive analysis, factor analysis, mean comparison, cluster analysis and correlation analysis revealed,that the residents are generally positive impact on tourism of basic support, perception better, but for the majority of adverse effects are somewhat neutral and negative effects on the individual opposed to. We can see from a demographic perspective:different sex tourism impact on the perception of residents was not significantly different; the tourism sector to work more inclined to a positive impact on the residents a better sense for the tourism brought about negative effects of greater objectivity in the social and cultural look; education, the more positive impact on the residents agree with the degree of weakening of the negative impact of a certain degree of recognition:the residents to live longer tend to the perceived negative impact; different income levels, there are certain differences in perception of the residents. Cluster analysis were divided into three groups of local residents, to enthusiastic supporters, rational supporters and neutral. Perceptual characteristics of the different groups of residents there are certain differences. The last section is the conclusion.
