In the present world food industry, a variety of food safety accidents happened frequently, the organic food industry developed rapidly in the high-requirement safety food areas. Under this circumstance, it is necessary to perfect the organic food regulatory system. This article points out the views from two perspectives:the organic food certification supervision and the organic food identify supervision. To set up an effective supervision system needs powerful laws and rules to support, not only to improve the organic food supervision legislation but also to make the certification procedures and standards meet the rules that set by the State. And promote the application of the compulsory specification in organic food industry. According to the laws and rules, punish the offenders and build the authority on the organic food supervision system to standardize the industry order. The article arranged in 5 parts, aim at the conditions of domestic organic food industry certification supervision and identify supervision. Point out the problems of the current system by analyzing the conditions of domestic organic food supervision system. Analyzing the basic theories about the organic food certification and identify supervision, compare the home and abroad supervision system, analyzing methods to improve the domestic organic food certification and identify supervision system, in order to improve the organic food industry continuously and healthily develop.
