With the development of society, knowledge has become an important resource of enterprise business management. At the same time, Knowledge management (hereafter named KM) has also become an important part in organizational management system. Because of the current rapid development of the science and technology, Technology innovation (hereafter named TI) has become the key method that the enterprises gain advantages in competition. Continuous innovation is the effective method in which way enterprises could keep up with the pace, while there is still a large gap on the level of TI between china and the developed country at the moment. So in the era of knowledge economy, how to improve the effect of TI in china is becoming one of the most urgent issues. Enterprise innovation lies in TI, and TI is up to the knowledge innovation. So what is the relationship between KM and TI? In which ways could KM affect TI? How can the enterprise improve the ability of TI by KM? The main purpose of this paper is to discuss all these questions.Based on the theory of Management, Economics, Operations Research, Informetrics, etc, and from analyzing the factors of influencing enterprises TI, the thesis gives a deep study on the TI's effect from the research of KM. From studying investigation data with the help of statistical software SPSS and Excel, We draw the conclusions about KM and the relationship between KM and TI.The thesis has five chapters. The first chapter points out the research background and the sense of the thesis. And then we make an introduction about the contest and methods complied with the purpose of this paper. In the second chapter, it gives a review on the current existing theory study about KM and TI, and makes a study on the relationship between KM and TI through definitions to support the index variables and modeling. In the third chapter, the thesis analyses the variables of KM and enterprise TI, sets up the model on effects of KM and the model of KM on the effects of TI. From the analyzing the investigation data, we draw the conclusions that the effects of TI could be improved by KM directly and indirectly by strategy and innovative way. By analyzing the main factors of influencing KM, we draw the conclusions that the information technology level, incentive mechanism and the culture of the enterprise can predict knowledge management significantly. Leadership ability and organizational structure can't predict knowledge management effectively.Finally, according to empirical research conclusions, we give a suggestion that enterprise should complete enterprise knowledge management system by perfecting the enterprise information system, creating a learning organization and establishing the effective incentive mechanism. And the enterprise also should implement a reasonable strategy and improve joint innovation. Finally the effect of enterprise TI can be improved by enterprise knowledge management system.
