eHR is the field of human resources in recent years, the new term, it actually refers to the human resources management information a comprehensive solution, a set of advanced management concepts and information technology in a management model. In the event of stabilizing the global financial crisis, the better the economy, China will gradually from the world's manufacturing bases to China to create the development of structural adjustment, and establish long term core competitiveness of enterprises. As global competition to win business opportunities in human resources management, the enterprise is becoming more and more important role in the value chain, and through the eHR applications for enterprises to provide high quality, effective service, on the one hand to provide full orientation of the eHR solutions for business leaders to provide decision support to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; the other hand, optimization of human resources management processes, effective implementation of people management concepts, improve human resources quality and service value.In this paper, human resources management information system for point of ideas and theories are described analyzed the eHR application to enhance the role of the value of enterprises. Such as: (1) from the perspective of corporate strategy. eHR application can increase efficiency, optimize organizational processes to provide decision support and solutions; (2) employees from the point of view. Through the implementation of card systems, self service system, employees can enhance the sense of belonging, planning for the future to improve the ability of life long employment; (3) from the customer point of view external customers. Can enhance business and customer communication and cooperation between, access to personalized services. At the same time, the paper emphasizes the value of eHR platform, such as for human resources related surveys, such as employee satisfaction surveys, 360 degree feedback evaluation survey.Finally, the paper by HO company human resources management information system solution, based on starting from the business, from the starting point to solve practical problems and to carry out a detailed analysis and summary, combined with SWOT analysis carried out on the project implementation benefit assessment.
