BD Corporate Network Engineering Project To Improve The Management Of Quality

Modern engineering project has many characteristics, for instance, its scope is large, implementation spot is extensive, technology is new, duration is long, and it has many participators and its interface with the environment is complex. At present, for controlling the overall project's quality, the emphases are the time, personnel, budget and so on. The existing quality management methods do not well cover the project's integral structure quality, the status of the system integration process, and the combination of project completing and user needs.This paper, firstly, analyzes BD company's present situation and network completed project's basic facts and the features of project implementation process, by studying BD company's quality management improvement of network engineering project. Then, though the issuance of questionnaires, uses AHP method to calculate the entire target system, collects and collates the building quality assessment method, finally gets the weight of indicator system, and sums up the key factors of network project building quality management: engineering design, process organization, standard management, document management, after-sale service and so on, and points out the problems that need to be concerned in quality management, at last, analyzes the JC project engineering implementation quality management, and the exposed quality problems of BD company's network engineering project at present stage, then, basing on finding the complexity of quality management, according to the features of IT network engineering project itself and every implementation step, combining with existed system evaluation methods and theories, designs the network engineering project quality management process model, and puts it in to effect. This paper using Deming's total quality management theory, according to the PDCA cycle, discusses how to concretely implement IT network quality management, and verifies the results, though interviewing the experts.In a word, the paper studies and analyzes BD company's quality management improvement of network engineering project, by using AHP and quality management, in order to improve the BD company's network engineering project completed quality. It has a greater valuable significance to provide a benchmarking process model for building network engineering project.
