In the times of opportunities and challenges existing together, human resource is gradually becoming the advantage of enterprises in the competitions. The competitions among enterprises come to the competitions of talents eventually. Talents are the assets for creating benefit to enterprises and are the assets for developing enterprises. Therefore, investing in human resource influxes the subsist and development of enterprises. Training is the most elementary way to invest for enterprises and the most primary content of human resource. Effective employees training can not only improve the staff's technique level, make the shape of enterprise's culture, spread the management concept of enterprise, enhance the abilities of coordinating and team spirits between employees, but also bring enterprise's regulation and deploy stagy programming.From the research of T company's development background, managing scope, business area and the structure of employees' age, this study which is applying the theory of modern management, analyzes the problems existing in the current training system of T company and design a training system for fitting T company. From the aspects of analysis of training requirement, drafting training play, training implement, result evaluation and indemnification system, this study points out the necessity and instance for T company to establish a new training system totally. From the research of the aspects of organization, assignment and individuals, this study analyzes the importance of effective employee training with rapid improving requirement for talents by T company's transformation from the model of single logistics forwarder to the model of logistics supply chain. This study points out the necessity of applying scientific method to analyze the requirement of employee training in the designing training procedure, grasp the requirement of employee training, the enterprise should establish the training plan with pertinence due to the character of the training objects and age structure, enforce the inspecting in the implementing the training plan and at the same time the training result should be combined with salary system adjustment, position transfer and management position application with competition in enterprise, the company would use the employees themselves to accomplish the training system and enforce the importance of the implement of enterprise's training system.
