| Online banking is the combination of Internet, computer technology and financial industry, by the space advantage around the world and time advantage of transferring information fast of Internet, it makes a breakthrough in time and space limitation of the traditional bank, and has become the indispensable means of competition in the survival and development of commercial bank, and shows great potential of development with its rapid success. Admittedly, the generation of online banking improves the level and the efficiency of banking service, meanwhile, it brings negative effect to banking, which are risks of online banking. Therefore, with the great development of online banking, identification, prevention and controlling risks of online banking, and a guarantee of the safe running of the financial sector would become important subject that is urgent to be solved.The purpose of the research is to study new risks which the online banking bussiness brings to the commercial banks that are different from traditional bank by the methods of system analysis and comparative analysis, with risks of online banking being a starting point. Through applying the PDCA security management model to the practice of risk controlling of commercial Banks, it is expected to establish a set of corresponding risk controlling system and risk prevention strategies for online banking of CCB (China Construction Bank), and to realize the steady development of online banking services.The paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and the risk appearance of online banking. Then with CCB being the main research object, the paper demonstrates the development situation, risk prevention problems and reasons of online banking of CCB. Last but not the least, this paper based on the analysis of the experience of risk controlling of advanced banking puts forward the prevention strategies from both business level and technical level of CCB, that is, in business level, risk controlling theory of PDCA model should be used to smooth the risk of business activities, and to formulate preventive strategy of business risk level, in technical level, the information and technology risk controlling should be perfected to provide corresponding business and technical support for the smooth development of online banking business of CCB by putting forward a series of prevention strategies such as safeguarding system, the on-site examination and the off-site monitoring of technical risks, and improving the continuity of business.Through the research, scientific and standard management of online banking of CCB will be improved, and the development of online banking could be stabilized. Meanwhile, the basis of theoretical research for the subsequent research of risk controlling of online banking is widened. |
