As a key figure,tour guide play an important role in the tourism industry development. Their work have many characters, such as independence, complicated, having rick and indefine.These decide them have to put a lot of energy in the work. However,so multiple realities: poor living environment, lacking of rights protection, lacking of social support, organizational identification is low and their limited knowledge, lead tour guides have negative psychology.Even have job burnout. With the burnout increasing, many guides'emotion exhaust,their professional efficacy and job satisfaction becoming low, and then jumps.However,the frequent movement of guides has a tremendous negative impact not only for individuals, but also for organizations and the whole society.It reduces the quality of life, reduces the service quality, weakes the competitiveness of business.And these make the overall quality of guides is hard to improve and threat the tourism industry.Therefore,how to comprehensively understand the tour guide's job burnout, how to increase job's satisfaction,control the wastage and maintain the stability of the tourism industry,has become a great concern of the social and the researchers.This paper attempt to use an empirical analysis provide recommendations on how to effectively intervene job burnout,how to improve industry stability for society, organizations and individuals on the basis of all the above.Firstly, the article illustrates the basic concepts of tour guides, work stress,job satisfaction and burnout. It find out the reasons,telling that tour guides'burnout is affected by many aspects.It mainly contains environmental factors, organizational and personal factors.These factors providea basis for the next research. Secondly, it use MBI-GS-D Scale designing questionnaire, and has investigation in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis the relationship between the guides'job stressors, the job satisfaction and the job burnout.Then correspond intervention measures.For the individual, advice them to enhance self-adjustment capability, build a comprehensive self-understanding to reduce job burnout; for enterprises ,suggest them create a harmonious corporate culture, adjustment salary structure, perfect the diversity training to reduce job burnout; for the community, advice them to improve the rights protection system for guides, broaden the social support surface to remodel guides'image.
