In recent years,the job stress and job burnout of employees have gradually aroused the concern of the organization.This is because the job stress and job burnout of employees are closely related to the work performance and turnover intention of employees.As a result,the academic community has also conducted a lot of research on the causes of employee job stress and job burnout,and concluded that workload and role load are important causes.Therefore,the study of these sources of load is even more important.Leadership empowerment is a kind of leadership style used by leaders.Previous researches mainly focus on some of the positive effects.Some recent studies have found and confirmed the trust of leaders and their attention to subordinates will also have a negative effect on employees.Therefore,various empowerment behaviors may also be an important source of employee load.Based on content analysis,this paper explores that the leaders' empowerment will also bring work pressure to subordinates,which will cause subordinates' job burnout problems.The study build a relational model in which leadership empowerment behaviors as an antecedent variable,employee job stress is mediator variables and job burnout are the outcome variables.This article considers that the psychological capital affects the employee's cognition to leaders' empowerment,so it has a moderate effect on the empowerment behaviors—the employee working pressure.This article adopts an empirical analysis method and the employees of enterprises and institutions as the research object.256 valid sample data are collected through questionnaires.After statistical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:leadership trust,delegation of authority,work sharing and employee's work pressure are significantly positively correlated.Employees' job stress and job burnout are significantly and positively correlated;job stress plays an intermediary role between leadership trust,delegation of authority,work sharing,and employee burnout;the moderating effect of personal psychological capital in leadership trust,delegation ofauthority,work sharing,and employee work stress is not obvious.
