With the rapid development of the knowledge economy of today, human resources increasingly become the primary resource for gaining competitive advantage. The senior managers are not only the main body of enterprises, but also the development centers and precious human resources.Senior management team is mainly in charge of the enterprise strategic decision-making responsibilities of a team of senior managers, determining the impact of enterprise development and corporate performance of a core group. Within the enterprise, the senior management team is the core of the whole enterprise, outside it, they represent the behavior of the entire enterprise.The activities of enterprises expressed in external competitiveness and internal cohesion. The cohesion is also called centripetal force, it means the attraction between one molecular and another within a substance. The smaller the distance between molecules, the greater the attraction between each other, its internal cohesion, centripetal force, the greater the internal cohesion, but conversely the less. It becomes the premise and basement of the vitality of enterprises, being the guarantee for enhancing the external competitiveness. Nevertheless, with the decreasing of the Senior Management Team Cohesion, it's feasible of the managers' leaving office, brought a great loss to the enterprise.This text takes the H Company's as background, it will focus on the lost cohesion, the team leader's personal characteristics and conflicts with team members of H Company's senior management team, increasingly aggravating the continual brain drain, putting forward a proposal proposed operation and optimization strategies, it has important theoretical and practical significance.
