| Currently, information technology (IT) has been widely used in domestic industries, IT Service Management IT in the organization has increasingly become an important research topic in the application. The essence of IT service management for IT services and process management, IT service management processes in IT service management at the core of how to achieve the standardization of IT services, processes, reduce IT operation and maintenance costs, improve customer satisfaction and service level of IT service management objectives to be achievedThis article first IT service management and process management, knowledge of some basic theories were reviewed and explained, and then with H IT service management company, analyzed the company in the IT service management problems, according to the analysis results of H Company IT Service Management process management measures proposed to design a new process management, and their corresponding steps and safeguards.
