With the high-speed development of the Internet,and boost the development of the logistics,express industry.According to the annual report,from 2007 to 2007,UPS volume increase from 4.01 billion to 5.03 billion,fedex business from 3.02 billion up to 4.35 billion of them,thus the international express delivery giant competition is fierce.In growing a business at the same time,but ignore the quality,eventually led to the decrease of the quality of the logistics service.Based on the company's business process optimization,improve the quality of logistics service,improve enterprise's overall work efficiency,reduce operating costs,enhance company's competitiveness in the market.Fedex with the increase of business volume,a gradual decline in service quality.Mainly in the hands of packages can't timely sent to the customer.In the process of customs clearance,often need to spend a few days time,customs clearance efficiency needs to be improved;Often appear in the process of sorting,parcel jams,unable to make fashion on planes;In the process of package,the package can't timely sent to the customer in the day,the parcel were stranded in the site operation and so on.This paper used the service blueprint method,the entire process of logistics with the method of graphic,analyze the process research.Second,the analysis according to the service blueprint for the critical process optimization: one,first by the Rio mileage method,to calculate the distance between hub and operating station,it is concluded that a set of optimized transport path,then USES the particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,calculation operation site and the distance between the customer address,it is concluded that a set of the viewsonic sent path;Second,the use of PDCA circulation,including express customs clearance process of customs clearance process and cargo customs clearance process optimization;Three,to take advantage of the objective function for a frequency calculation,the optimal distance between package and package,using model analysis method to study for a quantity and on the order of the problem,according to the calculated results are optimized.Set the optimized process,a time from 3 hours to 2 hours;Optimize after the customs clearance process,clearance rate of return a single original 10%to 3%,and the customs clearance efficiency increased by 7%;The optimized sorting process,3 hours from sorting time reduced to 2.5 hours,improve the sorting efficiency.In conclusion,in the entire logistics process,process optimization,based on three main parts in the reduced the parcel transit time,guarantee the package can be delivered to customer on time.In this paper,after process optimization of data collection,evaluation,to reach optimization research value,for future logistics company for process optimization research has certain research value.
