Research On Audit Method Discovered Based On Social Insurance Audit Knowledge

Currently, because nation and area have many social insurance related policys, if audit methods will be proposed by people from these policys yet, efficiency is very low. The problem will be solved by research of the thesis.The theory of knowledge expression, process of social insurance business and features of basic pension insurance policy have been introduced by the thesis, and accordingly, the concept subordinate tree was chosed to express the concepts of policies. According to the definition and features of the concept subordinate forest, a create process of the concept subordinate forest was given and analyzed. The concepts of the policies are established to the concept subordinate tree in form of classification. The concept subordinate forest is composed of many such concept subordinate trees. Definitions, formulas, and judgment statements in policies are expressed in form of production rule. Based on these audit knowledge of social insurance that is the concept subordinate forest and production rule of social insurance policies, two kinds of models that are based on inconsistent rule and based on rule-based reasoning were given to discovering audit methods, and the detail descriptions were given for the process of the audit method discovering in the two kinds of models. On this basis, a discovering process of the audit methods was given, and the audit methods were received.
