Under the current international shipbuilding industry environment, the weak information management, the rough production management and other issues of China shipbuilding enterprise lead to the lack of the basic condition to develop modern shipbuilding mode, especially the management of shipbuilding production. Based on this, this paper puts forward the production control model based on task dispatching according to the status of China’s shipbuilding enterprises in task dispatching research and actual research. In order to build the integrated and standardized production management and control system based on the task dispatching, the paper introduce WBS theory, process management theory and rule-based reasoning theory, the focus of this research in the following areas:1. Based on the research of ship task dispatching, this paper describes the work breakdown structure, work package and work order in detail, and a detailed analysis of task dispatching process based on the process management theory. According to the task dispatching problem and the relationship between task dispatching and other system, a ship production management mode based on task dispatching is built to achieve the task dispatching system’s digitization, standardization, integration and intelligence, and the data sharing and collaborative management among systems.2. Based on the analysis of quota calculation and reasoning theory, the rule-based reasoning is applied to the calculation of man-hour quota calculation. A man-hour quota calculation system mode is built by the relations among the establishment of knowledge representation, the fact base and the rule base, and it can calculate the man-hour quickly and accurately.3. According to the need to assess the performance of ship production, the super efficiency SBM model and entropy theory are introduced to build the entropy weighted super SBM model for production performance evaluation of shipbuilding. The purpose is to solve the problem of ship multi-input multi-output production performance evaluation and input-output index weight assignment. And a dynamic cycle benchmarking model is built based on Entropy weighted super SBM model and the benchmarking theory, to achieve ship production efficiency improvement.4. According to the study of the task dispatching and man-hour quota calculations, the task dispatching management information system is built, and the basic data, project standards, work package, work order are elaborated in detail. The system has been successfully applied to Chengxi shipyard Co., Ltd., and the system has achieved the goal of integration standard for the entire ship production management.The above studies, the task dispatching digitization, standardization, the integration of management, data sharing and collaborative management between the various systems have been achieved by the task dispatching management system, and the basic production data of task dispatching management system is the foundation of statistical analysis. The establishment of task dispatching management system provides a reliable basis for the development of modern shipbuilding mode, and it has important implications for the development of China’s shipbuilding enterprise production management.
