Pharmaceutical industry is one of the fastest growing industries, in our country, pharmaceutical industry increases with 17% every year, and with the improvement of people's living standard, they pay more attention on health and health care, so the demand for drugs,health products, etc. is rising year by year, these are all promoted the rapid development of medicine retail in our country. Medicine retail chain operating model as the main management pattern of the medicine retail also entered the expansion stage. With a series of policies in medicine were published in recent years in our country, and join the WTO brings opportunities and challenges for medicine retail market, these all support and encourage the development of chain pharmacies enterprise, make it entered an age of rapid development.The challenges of development should not be despised. With the acceleration of the informatization, the spread of the internet and the continuous updates in computer technology, the information management has become the inevitable developing trend for medicine retail chain enterprises. So, the enterprise wants to be more better than others, in addition to depend on good quality and services, also need to bring the power of information, not only understand the surface of business, but also found the essence of the problems. At present,most medicine retail chain enterprise has introduced a POS system, handle day-to-day operations, summary and report financial position, operating condition and so on, but their decision level still stagnate, reason is that this management system, while can provide data fusion and simple analysis, but can't dig the knowledge hidden in information. This phenomenon also troubling medicine retail chain enterprise. How to quickly and accurately capture the market information? How to make targeted marketing plan? How to maintain the customer relationship? The heart of the problem lies in the customer.Market provides many kinds of goods, promote the development of the demand, so value lies in the choices of customers and customer became the source of values to enterprises. If drug retail chain enterprise wants to develop better, they should not neglect a problem is how to improve customer value. In the fierce market competition, enterprise development has not just rely on the ascending sales figures, more important thing is to get approval of the customer, customer is the reason why enterprise exists. Enterprise could get a long-term development only when customer feels satisfaction with the products or services. Competitive Advantages which presented by Michael Porter in 1995 has said: Competitive advantage from the more value that enterprise created than competitors. So, if a company wants to get more competitive advantage, it must be paid more attention on how to mining and ascend the customer value, thus create a core competitiveness.T medicine retail chain enterprise was founded in 1995, after 15 years'developed, now company has grown into the leading medicine retail enterprise in Jilin area. The company introduced management information system in 2000, start the information construction. The existing system consists of five subsystems:store management system, drug category management system, the supplier management system, logistics management system, member management system. There is a data connection between subsystems, and they can do business analysis independently. With expands the scale of operation, the original information system has imperfection in the thorough analysis with customer transaction data. Although business data has certain quantity accumulation, but lacks a qualitative change, lead to form Information Island under accumulated large transaction data. But T enterprise is attention to these information which contain lots of market information, so they want to do further excavate and analysis for customer information, achieve the purpose of reunderstanding of the custom value.This article through the thorough investigation and interview, according to the actual of T enterprise, summarize the needs, put forward the customer information system intellectualization research, the purpose is do a deeper discover and analysis used the customer information with the customer information system, solve the situation that original system occupies a large number of labor resources, liberate the workforce, in the meantime also can provide more accurate analysis and decision. Functions of the system are mainly embodied in the following aspects:classification management of member, erosion analysis of member, member characteristic analysis, demand characteristic analysis of member and correlation analysis with the purchase behavior. Through the analysis of these five respects, we can find the features which used to hidden in the customer purchase behavior, that will be the basis condition for enterprise offer better customer service, provide the reliable basis for enterprises to make more effective marketing strategy. Then play a significant role for the enterprise, which role in create and upgrade the customer value, sustain and stable relationship etc. Then company can do an optimal allocation of resources, use limited resources to discover infinite value.
