Research On The Private Express Business Process Optimization In China

In our daily life, private express status is pivotal. From the point of logistics, reducing the time of private express process can raise the express efficiency to meet the customer needs in the greatest degree. So this paper focuses on researching on the private express process optimization from the point of process.At present, these are lots of methods to model the logistic process. But because of the strict mathematical definition and analysis methodology, Petri Net is a very effective method. After detailed description of the private express process and, the paper builds a model for it based on Petri Net, analyzes the dynamic model characteristics by using Correlation Matrix and Invariant, and confirm the correctness of the built model. On that, analysing the Petri Net model and finding out the subnet, the relations between each subnet is determined. In the end, the paper optimizes the model of Petri Net, finds out the factor that affects its efficiency, and proposes the optimized measure, to achieve the goal of optimizing the private express process.The paper includes 30 figures,20 tables and 51 references.
