Research Of Exploitation For Renewable Energy In The Rural Of Changchun

In recent years, people paid much attention to rural renewable energy construction and development, rural renewable energy construction had become an important part of new rural construction. At present, the rural energy construction and development lags behind economic development seriously, rural energy consumption exhibits structural contradiction. Therefore, to accelerate rural energy construction and improve the rural ecological environment, develop rural renewable energy, all levels of government paid great importance to this problem. Changchun is striving to overcome the high cost and low technology energy market, to create standardized industrial production, mature business mode of operation relying on industry, and to expand production scale of the operation, reduce costs, develop new markets relying on the operation of commercial profit, technology and market feedback to further expand the industrial scale. In circles of this mode, it will gradually form a self-development, self-improvement of rural renewable energy development and utilization system. The rural development of the renewable energy industry not only solve the rural energy shortage, but also help farmers come out of poverty and ecological destruction cycle, achieve sustainable development, changing the situation of the rural economy and society. However, there are some problems such as investment and financing channels to expand, improve technical services, industrial chains in the industrialization of rural renewable energy development of Changchun need government to give support, and further innovation institutional system and policy system. This dissertation analyzed the situation of county rural renewable energy development and utilization, issues and future development direction of Changchun. Using the public product theory, public management theory and the advanced experience of renewable energy development and utilization of other countries, led to the policies of rural development and utilization of renewable energy. This research results have not only theory but also practice significance in the waste utilization, farmer income raise and environmental protection in Changchun.
