The Research About Cost-Sharing On Our High School Education In The Universal Process

In this thesis,the research object is the problem of the education cost share of the general high school under the background that the strong universalization of the high school education in our country. According to the quasi-pubilc goods theory, the human capital investment theory, the theory of education cost sharing and the third sector theory, based on the combination of the literature theory and survey research, the paper researches the main part of our country's high school education cost share and the status of the main part'share costing. And also, According to analyzing and concluding how the problem of the unreasonable share of the high school education cost happened and the factors which influenced on it, the paper gives several advices to improve the high school education cost share system. The paper is based on the actual condition of our country's high school development and is supposed to solve the actual urgent problems in the universalization of the high school education.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part,introduction,including the raise of the problem,the meaning of the research,the core concepts, the domestic and overseas related summary, the content and the methods of the research. The cost of high school education were more defined on the part of the core concepts.The second part, the rational discuss on the education cost share in the process of the universalization of our country's high school education. Describes the theoretical basis, the policy basis and practical basis of the study.The third part, according to collecting and cleaning up the authoritative data and the questionnaire survey, the paper analyses the main part of our country's high school cost share and the status of the share. It also concludes the problems which influenced on the unreasonable share of the high school education cost in the real life and how the problems happened after analyzing.The last part, Aiming at the problems ,concluded above, of the high school education cost share, this section gives the advise to improving the system of the education cost share.
