The Imbalance Of China's Economics Based On The Globalization

As the global economic cooperation deepens, the governments, the scholars and the investors in every countries have been attractive in the appearing and intensifying of the global economic imbalance. There are some questions which are widely the focus of attention: How are the manifestations of the imbalance? What's the primary cause? What about results of the imbalance? How should the imbalance be adjusted? The author has studied the relevant articles on global and China economic imbalance, which has been the source of ideas in the paper and which reveals the forming process of framework in the paper.The logical order in the paper: starting with analyzing the global economic imbalance and analyzing the current situations, features and reasons concretely, the author has concluded the imbalance in a whole view. The economic imbalance in China who forms the world economy is the integral part in world economy. The domestic economy imbalance in China is the increasing way of leading by investment and fueling foreign capitals, the imbalance of the investment consumption ratio and between the export-oriented departments and import-oriented departments. In the market economy, the domestic imbalances lead to the external imbalances in features and degrees. In the existing institutional framework, foreign exchange reserves caused by the balance of payments and relative policies are the external representation of the domestic imbalance in China. Every imbalance is with the economic welfare loss, so the author has analyzed the issue in four ways which conclude the foreign trade interests shares, the trade disputes, the macroeconomic impacts and overdraft of the environmental resources. The author also believes that the possibility of economic imbalance in China even in the global economy decreases with the Global Financial Crisis and every country is looking for its own way to balance its economy. Therefore, the author has concluded the game theory of comparative advantage caused by the transforming and hollowing situation of industry, and also the correct view of virtual economy.Finally the author has made some suggestions of transforming the increasing ways of economy, perfecting exchange rate system, relaxing capital controls and corresponding policy which may be useful for China economy.
