Now the prominent feature of China's international balance of payments is the continued structual unimbalance which tends to be more serious and reflects a series of internal and external contradictions and risks. It is the important and urgent task to ameliorate the international balance of payments and ease the risks. The attention that the academics and researchers paid to since the financial crisis provides a new perspective.This dissertation involves the subjects of international finance, international trade, macroeconomics and industrial economics and relies on the theories of international balance of payments. It discusses the present situation, the external and interior reasons and the solution measures of China's structual imbalance of payments under the bachground of econometrics.This dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter one introduces the background and the significance of the dissertation, reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign research achievements. Also, it introduces the methods, the main content and the innovations of the dissertation. Chapter two analyzes the basic theories of the international payments involving the.modes of international balance of payments,general characteristics and macroeconomic effects.Chapter three relates to the reasons of China's international structral unbalance of payments, from the external and interior aspects and pay more attention to the latter. Chapter four discusses the imbalance of China's international payments based on the econometrics which discuss the impact of financial effienciency to China's structual unimbalance and this is the core of the whole dissertation. Chapter five discusses the strategies of adjusting the imbalance of international payments and easing the risk.
