Business Models Of The Tendering Agency In Electric Power Industry Research

Since 2003, has witnessed a continuous blowout of electric power construction projects in China. In the meantime, the bidding agencies in electric power industry made great progress. However, the social attitudes towards those bidding agencies are in a lower class. They are classified as some kinds of agencies deal with easy and businesslike work which lacks of techniques. In the one hand, with the new competitors' entering, market competition is fierce day by day. On the other hand, the low level of reputation in the society obviously leads to lesser income. Therefore, probing deeply into the matter of business models comes to be an inevitable choice.Based on my 9 years working experiences and with the help of the important viewpoints and studies both domestic and abroad, I seek to make a deep research upon the business models which are suitable for the development of bidding agencies in the long run. Under the instructions of enterprise stratagem, taking the Business Process Reengineering and adjustment of organization as the main method to make some new business models. By adding some technical factors in the business models, improve the social status of bidding agencies. The main contents and conclusions of the paper go as following:ⅰ) According to the right and obligations are given by the laws, point out the main concept and business field of the bidding agencies in electric power industry are studied this paper.ⅱ) Based on the concepts and viewpoints of some experts, bring forward some business models suitable for the development of bidding agencies in a long run. Putting forward some problems existed in the models.ⅲ) The choosing and acting of the enterprise stratagem must lead to the change of organization and business procedures. By acting of enterprise stratagem, Business Process Reengineering and adjustment of organization, made some tentative conclusion of business models as complete equipment service, project consultation and System of Building as an Agent.ⅳ) Some valuable suggestions related to the innovation of business models have been brought out.
