Power is not only a big data Big Data technology in-depth application in the power industry,but also the depth of fusion power production,consumption and related technology revolution and the concept of big data,will accelerate the development of power and energy industry and business model innovation.Firstly,the breadth and depth of China's power industry has been increasing,which has brought great operating pressure to traditional enterprises.Secondly,it is possible for the power supply side and the demand side and the organic integration of"cross-border" applications,providing opportunities for innovative business models and management models.Thirdly,the traditional power industry boundaries become blurred,so that the natural path dependence and monopoly advantage subject to different degrees of subversion and challenges.This paper deeply analyzes rural electricity management system of Inner Mongolia electric power corporation,and Introduces the concept of power big data in optimization path,which Provide valuable Suggestions for future development of the power industry.Contents of this paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction,mainly introduces the background,research situation,research methods of the paper.The second part is the theoretical basis,including a description of the relevant definition of the concept and related theory.The third part is the status of development of the power industry and the problems of the development status and characteristics of China's power industry is analyzed,and delve into the development process of China's power industry existing problems.The fourth part is an overview of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group business model,the first of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group's operating model was introduced,followed by its operational capabilities are analyzed in detail,and finally discuss their problems.The fifth part is the business model optimization Power Group recommends that path.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.The innovation of this paper is to break the previous operation and management from the perspective of the big power groups a study limitations,the paper detailed the scope of the study,focusing on a small aspect of this mode of operation,Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group Case expand research.Through this study mainly the following conclusions:Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group business model belonging monopoly business model,the basic characteristics of monopoly business model for the entire power industry is a longitudinal highly integrated system.Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group's profitability has shown a weakness inherent in the power industry,further illustrate the monopoly business model does not apply to the current market economy.Problems facing the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group business model includes:electric power system reform is not in place;electricity demand by the impact of economic policies;human resource management system is not perfect.Power Group business model optimization path includes:deepening the electricity system reform;full use of the energy data service platform;incremental structural optimization;and establish a market-oriented culture.
