Implementation Effect Of Resources Exploration On The Sustainable Development Of The Mining City

Mineral resources is industrial food and important raw material of national economic development, and mining industry development is an important lifeline of national economy. Chenzhou city, in Hunan province, is a typical emerging mining city in china which depends on the development of mining industry. Because of the predatory exploitation in the previous period, crisis of mineral resources appears in the most of mining cities in China, which is an important problem of sustainable development. Therefore, national crisis mines resources exploration projects have come into being. This study is based on the'Implementation effect evaluation of crisis mines resources exploration'project, takes Chenzhou city as a object of study, analyzes the implementation effect of crisis mines resources exploration in Chenzhou form four angles include continue of crisis resource, economic development, society development driven by crisis resource exploration and management of mining enterprises, and then analyzes the role of crisis mines resources exploration to the development of Chenzhou according to data of the project implementation, project implementation effectiveness and economic and social development of Chenzhou City. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The implementation result of crisis mines resources exploration is significant, which include five areas: a) project funds are in good place; b) work is done well; c) mineral exploration is effective; d) good economic returns; e) the management are good.(2) The implementation effect of crisis mines resources exploration to the Chenzhou city is significant. In the aspect of resources to continue, the added resource reserve relieves the crisis in mining enterprises effectively, delays the city transition and guarantees the regional resources; in the aspect of economic development, it greatly increases the efficiency of economic output, enlarges total economic potential and improves the industrial structure of the economy; in the aspect of society, it stabilizes the mining workers employed, effectively stimulates the development of related industries, and strengthens infrastructure; in the aspect of management of mining enterprises, it changes the erroneous ideas of the development of mining enterprises, enriches the knowledge and practice of exploration techniques and theoretical, improves the modern enterprise management system of the mining enterprises.(3) The implementation of crisis mines resources exploration promotes the sustainable development of Chenzhou city effectively which is concluded by the calculation using factor analysis and principal component analysis. The development of mining industry increases the comprehensive production capacity, improves the comprehensive development potential and the coordination capacity of the Chenzhou city dominated by mining economy. These validate the effectiveness of the method to some extent.
