It is vital that E-commerce Park will contribute to the construction of Shanghai International Trade Center. However, some existing E-commerce Parks cannot match the position of Shanghai International Trade Center. Take credit into account that Shanghai E- commerce Harbor (China Tang Zhen) Planning is a very complicated and dynamical system project, which has always leaded to the adverse results of the whole e-commerce industry.Shanghai E-commerce Harbor (China Tang Zhen) will be established to offer intimate services for enterprises, which includes e-commerce transaction, exhibition, forum, technical support, consultation, e-commerce data exchange and various forms of payment services, aming to develop itself a complete protection of the integrity of the system e-commerce services concentrated area. Its public service platform will include a modern logistics, online payment, credit, security certification, customer service, and other modules.This article aims to study the credit model of the public service platform in Shanghai E-commerce Harbor (China Tang Zhen), and to analyze the factors of enterprise credit. Then design an evaluation index system for the e-business enterprises and a credit reference model to apprase e-business enterprises which intend to enter in the Shanghai E-commerce Harbor effectively and efficiently, and try to establish the model used in the forthcoming E-commerce Harbor (China Tang Zhen). The establishment and use of this model will provide practical solutions for the integrity of electronic commerce, and promote actively the construction of Shanghai E-commerce Harbor (China Tang Zhen) and the sound development of the industry.
