Study On Multi-project Priority Evaluation Of Construction Enterprise

Multi-project management is the main trend of project management researching in recent years, and the project priority is one of the key point in multi-project management. Modern construction enterprises often face many different project opportunities simultaneously, but due to the various restrictions that they can not implement all the projects. Meanwhile, since the intense competition in construction market and continuous adjustment of development strategy, many projects can not bring "value" to construction enterprises. Therefore, the projects should be chosen to conform to the strategic objectives and other inherent requirements of construction enterprises. The solution is to evaluate the priority of projects, the more intense of market competition is, the more important of project evaluation and selection for construction's survival and development needs.There are two parts of comparison when construction enterprises make priority evaluation of potential projects, which is the strategic level and the implementation level. This thesis mainly aims at the first level and makes research on the priority evaluation of project opportunities starting from the strategic direction of construction enterprises. First of all, this thesis analyzes the topic on the macro-level, identifies the research core——evaluation, analyzes the evaluation factors and mechanism, and designs the evaluation factors conforming to multi-project priority evaluation features of construction enterprise. Secondly, the thesis focus on the key issues and emphasizes two main-bodys of multi-project priority evaluation of construction enterprise——evaluation indexes and models starting from the micro-level detailedly, which designs the index system, weight and unique two-stage evaluation method at the same time, and elaborating the core evaluation model——Vague set; Finally, thesis summarizes the outcoming of current research, puts forward to its rationalization proposals of improvement and perfection.For project portfolio management research area and the other areas, it is a essential link of evaluating priority of several projects according to a certain (request), and the link's research will certainly enrich theory system such as project portfolio management and so on. At the same time, to improve and polish multi-project evaluation system of construction enterprise, this thesis provides a complete system for the multi-project priority evaluation of construction enterprise, and avoids the blindness and one-sidedness of project selection through building multi-project priority evaluation index system, allocating reasonable index weight and establishing the priority evaluation model, thus providing the reference for construction enterprise on carrying the decision-making, servicing to realize its strategic benefit, therefore, this article has the high theory significance and the practical significance.
