The Development Strategy Research Of The Seventh Subsidiary Of Yunnan Jiangong Construction Group

The purpose of the thesis is using the knowledge in MBA study, especially the theory related to the strategy management, and combining with the building industry's current situation, to make the development strategy that fits for the 7th subsidiary of Yunnan Jiangong construction group—a traditional state-owned company in Yunnan construction industry. With the implement of the strategy, the 7th subsidiary of Yunnan Jiangong construction group could adapt to market variations and expand sustainably, stably and coordinately.Through the research of the current strategy of the 7th subsidiary of Yunnan Jiangong construction group, the author gives his opinion about the future development strategy, hoping the future development strategy and the supporting system fitting for the company, increasing the company's competitiveness in the market, and giving advice for the enterprise's middle-long term development. Meanwhile, he hopes it is also useful for other enterprises in the construction industry.The knowledge of the thesis involves the strategy management and marketing, which the author learnt in the MBA classes. The analytical method of the thesis contains the strict theoretical analysis method, the research methods of text analysis and empirical investigation, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT Analysis. Through the above methods, the author put forward the strategic orientation, strategic thoughts and strategic object of the 7th subsidiary of Yunnan Jiangong construction group. The author also suggests that the 7th subsidiary of Yunnan Jiangong construction group should improve the industrial structural status, implement business diversification and complete the supporting systems. Finally, the author states the problems that should be paid attention to in the strategy's process of implementing.Hoping the research output is useful for the construction enterprises.
