Research On Internationalization Development Strategy Of Large State-Owned Construction Enterprises

With the acceleration of global economic integration,it cause changes in the competition structure and mode of the global enterprise.Internationalization has become the inevitable demand to expand the scale of development and the living strategy of the different enterprises.The enterprise uses the positive internationalization strategy as an evitable choice for the future of the enterprise itself.This paper analyzes the current situation of internationalization development in China’s construction industry and the competition situation of the international construction market, with the reference of internationalization of enterprises in the developed countries meanwhile combined with strategic positioning and other related theories, using the enterprise strategic analysis tools and take Shanghai Construction Group for example, with the overall strategy of "global layout, transnational management, with international competitiveness and brand influence of the transnational group", we put forward the target of set up leading technology, advanced management, excellent service, excellent quality, with strong international competitiveness group, also make clear SUB planning during the internationalization development of the enterprise and a series of management strategy. Adhere to the scale of development, speed up the operation of the capital, improve the company’s profitability, strengthen enterprise control to reduce the operation risk, thus to enhance the enterprise sustainable development ability. And clarify the concrete measures and strategic path to optimize the development mode of international business and enhance the ability of innovation of science and technology, improving the internal management level then increase the development of talent resources, strengthen the guiding advanced culture, make the capability of integrated general contractor stronger, and pursue the exploration and development of the localization of the implementation mode.Through the study, will define the direction and content of internationalization development of the construction enterprises in our country and at the same time, find the theory and method of realize the maximum benefits and keep the competitive advantage in the competition of international market. We hope this can birth and develop our international construction enterprises, thus to accelerate the pace of internationalization of large state-owned construction enterprises in China.
