With the change of international economic situation, the government has been adjusting the macroeconomic policies gradually. And the situation of stimulating economic development through increasing the infrastructural investment will get changed gradually. In the meantime, the internal industrial competition has been intensified. How to seize development opportunities, respond to operational challenges and promote enterprise development under this kind of new situation has become an urgent problem for the company. Therefore, strengthening the research on the development strategy of the company and formulating the development strategy scientifically are of great significance for the company to seize development opportunities, enhance the competitive advantages of the enterprise, promote the implementation of company strategy and improve the management level.Based on the development process of the company as well as the internal and external development environment at present, the paper analyzes the development environment and competitive capacity of the company referring to the prediction on macro-economic situation and prospect analysis for relevant industries by professional research institutes. Combining theory with practice, the paper performs systematic analysis and research on the current development strategy of the company applying the industrial competition structure model and SWOT analysis model, and proposes the strategy development project as well as the implementation measures under the new situation of the company.
