The contents of the research are to enhance the market competitiveness of KG, Strategic Pay System. In a market economy, the pay is an important reflection of the value of human resources, scientific management system, the pay is the key to solving the problem of human resources, fair system of remuneration of employees can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative, thus increasing competition in human resources intense knowledge economy environment, to attract and hold a high-quality, competitive workforce, and promote the survival and development.In this paper, the strategic guidance of the basic theory of compensation, the first of the KG, the problems existing pay system, the enterprise's market development strategy and stage of development, through optimization of design and implementation of compensation, to resolve the company salaries in the Management of some of the problems and improve the value of human capital, improve employee motivation, improve, companies need to attract key talent, enhance their overall 'competitiveness and cohesion, and thus maintain the competitive edge in talent to help companies radically improve their market competitiveness, enterprise's market development strategy.
