The Analysis Of Comprehensive Performance And Research Of Strategic Direction Of Listed Real Estate Companies

This paper aims to analyse and research the comprehensive performance and strategic development direction of real estate listed companies. Wish to provide theory support and decision basis for real estate listed companies locating strategic development direction.In the aspect of fundamental research,through arranging interrelated theory of "comprehensive performance" and the systematic theory research of strategic development direction,arranging and analysing the general situation of related measure plan,technology and result,this paper provide a basic theory platform for discussing "companies' strategic development direction".In the aspect of demonstrative research,through the principle of entirety and no-repeat nature,this research define the index system of the appraising of comprehensive performance.With analysing and researching evaluation methods of comprehensive performance,this paper proposes that fuzzy matter-element analysis is suited to the research.depending on collecting and arranging firsthand information,this paper evaluates and analyses comprehensive performance of real estate listed companies with fuzzy matter-element method.In the base of above method,this research elaborates feasibility and superiority of analysis between the results and ownership structure and diversity,and research the allocation of real estate listed companies strategic development direction with generalized least squares method.according to the results,this paper proposes feasibility suggestions to real estate listed companies strategic development direction.
