In the external environment of the knowledge explosion and extreme volatility, if the organization would like to create a competitive advantage, it must be pay attention to the organization accumulating problem. The knowledge accumulation, especially the tacit knowledge accumulation, has become the key link of the fate of enterprises, enterprises must take effective measures. In knowledge economy era, change speed of the external environment of enterprises and organizations is beyond imagination, every time and everywhere uncertainty has become the only determinate factor. In this kind of circumstance, it is the condition that the modern management theory has lagged behind, it has draw people's attention to the postmodern management theory because of the decline of modern theory. In this paper, author through the organization of postmodern perspective and qualitative research method questions existing in some enterprise tacit knowledge accumulation theory and tries to construct the new theory of tacit knowledge accumulation through a single enterprise as the sample after reviewing the literature of the tacit knowledge accumulation problem.At present, achievements of tacit knowledge accumulation research are few, based on the inheritance of previous theoretical reference and, by grounded theory for research tools, author does the exploratory analysis of organizational tacit knowledge accumulation mechanism to declassify "black box" of the enterprise. Most of previous studies of tacit knowledge accumulation are focused on individual initiative so that the solutions are incentives for employees who change their states through the way of combining reward and punishment. Enterprises'"discipline behavior" cause employees to become the tools of enterprise knowledge storing, but the lack of employee subjective initiative make them lazy and loyalty on the decline. In this case, the problems of the modern management theory emerge undoubtedly. Postmodern theory of brewing and application as "fresh air" of management, provide new power for the establishment and development of organization theory. In this case, questioning and analyzing the organizational tacit knowledge accumulation problem has the important theoretical and practical value to subsequent research development.There is Article 4 to research the problem of organizational tacit knowledge accumulation:(1) Introduction. This study proposed the main problem, it relate to the status of enterprise tacit knowledge accumulation and the necessity and significance of this study, at the same time, there may be the innovations and research methods and research framework.(2) Related theory research literature review. This part of content systematically cover modern perspective and post-modern perspective theory of knowledge management, reviewing organizational knowledge and tacit knowledge accumulation mechanism, and postmodern management and postmodern knowledge management, to lay a solid foundation for the later development analysis and making outline.(3) Author researches tacit knowledge accumulation theory using Jilin Province A enterprise as a sample through the postmodern perspective.company profiles and organization structures are introduced, and then it does theoretical analysis. Through the interview, it does explorative study theory using the grounded theory, testing and verifying the existing research results, constructing a new theory of tacit knowledge accumulation, and it reconstruct conclusions related to the tacit knowledge accumulation under postmodern perspective on the basis of the question to study conclusion. This chapter is also the key and the essence of the article.(4) Research progress and limitations.Through grounded theory research by exploring study materials, author does further research to the tacit knowledge accumulation mechanism through postmodern perspective. Through study of author and the demonstration on the results of the study, this research follows 5 conclusions:(1) The tacit knowledge accumulation of enterprise originates from the problems which are encountered and explored in the work.(2) It is the power of the employee's tacit knowledge accumulation to chase authority and treatment.(3) Clear direction of enterprise knowledge needs in enterprise leadership is the premise of tacit knowledge learning and discourse drive enterprise tacit knowledge learning.(4) Tacit knowledge learning originates mainly from deep communication and interaction with specific kind of people.(5) It is important for enterprise tacit knowledge accumulation to keep employee loyalty, ultimate purpose is to promote the enterprise and staffs to grow up together.Due to a single object of study, the universality of the theory has not yet been verified, but research from the micro perspective, combining the actual situation of China's enterprises, make the results of the study more local features. It is undoubtedly a beneficial attempt to construct a new enterprise tacit knowledge accumulation theory from the postmodern perspective.
