The Research On Technological System Of Ecological Furniture

Environmental problem becomes more and more critical. Mankind has to introspect their own behavior and begin to give up the traditional design view. So the new ecological view was set up. It becomes the only principle and method to instruct the furniture design. As a special design field, furniture design should keep up with the time. Based on the theory of ecological furniture, this article studies thoroughly the manufacture technology and constructs the integrated and feasible technology and evaluation system. When setting up, humanity is added into the system for the first time with other four traditional attributes together, such as environment, resource, energy and economy. It passes through the article as the key. And it makes the system perfect and accordant with actual production.The study is divided into three parts:the theoretical foundation, the technology system and the evaluation. The first part elaborates correlative concepts, such as ecological philosophy and ethics, the ecological technology, the eco-material and so on, and refines exactly the commonly used conceptions. And the theoretical system of ecological furniture is formed completely. The technology system is divided into five parts:ecological design, ecological material, ecological manufacturing, green marketing and green packaging. When analyzing them, the article studies the key factors to the technology system. In the part of ecological design, it elaborates the content, factors and different design criteria. And principle and method are put forward according to them. Re-design is a useful way for recycled furniture parts. In the part of ecological material, it mainly introduces the kinds of materials used in furniture manufacture. And the principles are analyzed in the process of making choice of materials. Meanwhile, the ecological suggestions and the contents of technology development are put forward. In the part of ecological manufacturing, it elaborates the contents and elements of clean manufacturing and green management. And the treatment methods are introduced into it. In the part of the green marketing, it elaborates design criteria and treatment methods. In the part of the green packaging, it elaborates the contents of brand-strategy. As a result, furniture recycled methods and system are set up. The evaluation index system put forward four suggestions:simplify and feasibility, according to standards, changing from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis and sustainable. This article sets up the technology and evaluation system reasonably. It is significant for Chinese furniture enterprise to improve market competition and technology level. Meanwhile, it is practical significance to promote the sustainable development of Chinese furniture enterprise.
