Study On Establishment Of Green Insurance System Of Gansu Province From The Perspective Of Ecological Protection

In recent years,the phenomenon of ecological environment destruction is common in our country,and the potential ecological risk is increasing day by day.At the same time,Our country raises the ecological environment protection to a new height gradually.From "Resource-conserving and environment-friendly society" advocated in the report of the 17 th national congress of CPC to the concept of "ecological civilization" proposed at the 18 th national congress,and then to the modernization goal of building a "Beautiful China" proposed at the 19 th national congress,it shows firm belief in ecological and environmental protection.As an innovative financial tool to promote ecological protection,green insurance systematically guides and helps the development of green economy from the perspectives of risk control,accommodation of funds and social governance.While striving to control the ecological risks brought by enterprise production,it also cultivates the concept of "harmonious coexistence of man and nature" in the whole society.Gansu province is an important ecological security barrier in our country and has a prominent position in China's ecological protection.However,the current practice of green insurance in Gansu province is not smooth and has no much effect,and its function inecological protection has not been reflected.Based on this,this paper is expected to provide some theoretical and practical help for the insurance industry and ecological protection in Gansu province,as well as providing reference to the promotion of national ecological civilization and the promotion of green insurance,by studying the establishment of green insurance system in Gansu province.This paper is based on the theories of insurance and economics,and its main consists including introduction,definition and theoretical basis,the situation analysis of ecological environment and green insurance development in Gansu province,the experience of establishment of green insurance system at home and abroad,recommendations for establishment of green insurance system in Gansu province from the perspective of ecological protection.Based on normative research,this paper uses inductive and deductive methods to build the green insurance system in gansu province from the perspective of ecological protection.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of green economy,green finance and green insurance,and expounds the basic theoretical of ecological risk,quasi-public products and externalities,the relationship between green insurance and ecological protection.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of ecological protection in Gansu province and the causes of ecological destruction,and then analyzes the function,current situation and problems of green insurance in ecological protection.Thirdly,the paper summarizes some useful experience of green insurance system construction at home and abroad,and provides some theories for the establishment of green insurance system in Gansu province by introducing the experience of building green insurance system at home and abroad.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant Suggestions on the establishment of green insurance system in Gansu province systematically and comprehensively from four aspects including the main body,operation mode,regulatory mechanism and safeguard measures.
