The Study Of Forestry Economy Decision Support System Of Hunan

As the important basic industry of national economy, forestry plays an important role in the development of human society. It's the effective safeguard for sustained, high-speed and healthy development of forestry economy to study the development of forestry economy fully, systematically and deeply, and propose the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of forestry economy.Through the deep research on system science, forestry, forestry economics, management science of forestry economy and the related fields about the sustainable development of forestry, based on the integrated application of software engineering, computer technology, GIS technology, the paper sets up the decision support system for the forestry economy policy of Hunan province, which can carry on the evaluation of forestry economy development level of Hunan province and provide corresponding policy and suggestions. With the C/S code, regarded Oracle as the platform of data management, ArcSDE as the spatial data engine, the system has done the second development. The paper describes the structure of Hunan economic evaluation of forestry index system in detail; studies the related methods and mode; and analyses empirically the evaluation index data from 14 cities and states of Hunan province. The following is the detailed research result.(1) The paper synthesizes many-faced research of current forestry economy evaluation and policy support system; combines software engineering with DSS theory; based on demand analysis, system analysis, system design and so on, expounds and designs lifecycle, system function, business process, information process and system data process of the decision support system for forestry economy of Hunan province.(2) With the support of GIS technology and computer technology, the paper makes the design in the system structure and general function; detailed presents the function and management for the database subsystem, model base subsystem, measure base subsystem, knowledge base subsystem of decision support system. Through the series process of design for the forestry economy decision support system of Hunan province, the output of management and evaluation result for the forestry economy index, the generation of suggestions for the forestry economy decision, the generation and output of reports and thematic maps, the paper accomplishes informatization for forestry economy evaluation and decision.(3) The paper regards Oracle database as the management system of storing geospatial data and attribute data; with Geodatabase to restore spatial data, uses ArcSDE spatial data engineer to implement seamless integration between spatial data and attribute data of forestry economy evaluation index.(4) According to the research on the current forestry economy evaluation, combined with the actual situation of Hunan province, the paper establishes the system for the forestry economy evaluation index of Hunan; expounds how to confirm the weight of evaluation index using analytical hierarchy process (AHP), sets up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of forestry economy of Hunan.(5) Through investigating and collecting relevant data of forestry economy evaluation indexes from 14 cities in Hunan province, the paper works out the evaluation result of their forestry economy level; and makes the evaluation from the forestry producing condition, forestry producing operation, forestry input and output, forestry financial flowing in these cities. Based on the evaluation result and combination weight of all index, the paper proposes improving plans for the development of forestry economy, which to accomplish the scientific policy of the development.Forestry economy involves many aspects of society, and is influenced by many factors, such as society, economy, and forestry resources and so on. The development of forestry economy is a long-termed and arduous task. So how to combine with the characteristics of Hunan forestry economy, how to make the scientific, exact evaluation and decision on forestry economy, we have heavy responsibilities and long courses.
