Being a spontaneous employee's behavior,Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)can contain and strengthen the social and psychological circumstance of the organization.Team Citizenship Behavior(TCB) is a concept deriving from OCB, and it measures the citizenship behaviors under the team level. The existing research reveals that TCB has its particular dimensions and effects, but few researchers have noticed the differences.Besides,whether team citizenship behavior is robust under any circumstances,especially in Chinese culture remains unresolved.this study try to develop a scientitic and normative Organizational Citizenship Behavior questionnaireTherefore,this paper takes enterprise employees as the research objects to study the relationship among Team Citizenship Behavior,Team justice and team performance,and discuss the Organizational Citizenship Behavior's intermediation function between team ustice and team performance.Results of this study were as follows:(1) Team Citizenship Behavior included five factors,which are respectively named as team harmony,team mindedness,self-study training,team work and professional dedication.(2) Team justice affected directly team performance,and affected indirectly team performance through the intermediation of TCB.(3) TCB exits significant difference on the employee's age and education,and gender,length of service,team scale and character of employees company partly affects their TCB.At last,constructive advices about management are given.
