In recent years, proactive personality research and employee organization socialization study become the two new luminescent spot in the field of western industrial and organizational psychology.Through some research methods such as literature review and survey investigation with workers from enterprises in China, the impact of proactive personality on the employees' organization socialization has been studied. Such statistics as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis, and analysis of variance were applied for the data analysis. The conclusions were drawn as following:(1) The structure of the proactive personality of enterprise employees in our country is single factor structure;(2) The proactive personality has a significant positive effect on the employee's organization socialization and its four factors (organizational culture, job competency, interpersonal relationship and organizational politics);(3) Content factor was found to significantly moderate relationship between proactive personality and organizational culture, job competency; was not found to moderate relationship between proactive personality and interpersonal relationship, organizational politics; Social factor was found to significantly moderate relationship between proactive personality and job competency; was not found to moderate relationship between proactive personality and organizational culture, interpersonal relationship, organizational politics; Contextual factor was not found to moderate relationship between proactive personality and organizational culture, job competency, interpersonal relationship and organizational politics;(4) The influence of interaction of social factors and proactive personality compare the interaction of content factor factors and proactive personality is more important.
