As enterprise external environment changes and competition increases, creative talents are becoming the driving force for the development. Organizational socialization is the key process of training newcomers' innovative consciousness and motivating their innovation activities. This paper targets at the new recruits who was only two years out of college. The chief content of this paper that studied is the relationship among organizational socialization tactics, proactive personality and innovative behaviors. Domestic relative research springs up, which is becoming one of hot topics in human resource management field. The paper discusses the effect of organizational socialization tactics on new employment university graduates' innovative behaviors. And we examine the moderating effect of proactive personality on the relationship between organizational socialization tactic and innovative behaviors.On that base of documents research, this paper puts forward the assumptions and proposes the research model. The data of this study is from the questionnaire survey, and SPSS is employed for the analysis of the scales'reliability and validity, and for descriptive statistics analysis, with the hierarchical regression testing the concept model and hypothesizes. The conclusions as follows were reached:Firstly, during the organizational socialization tactics, the content factor and social factor tend to be institutionalized, and new university graduates in the company will show fewer innovative tendency and behaviors. When the context factor tends to be institutionalized, they will show more innovative behaviors.Secondly, positive dimension, transformative dimension and tenacious dimension of the proactive personality have significant positive forecast to newcomers'innovative behaviors.Thirdly, proactive personality has moderated effect on organizational socialization tactics and innovative behaviors.
