Research On Natural Gas Project Communication Management Model

Project communication management is one of the important components in the nine kens of the modern project management systems, and it plays the significant role in practice. This article bases on the Zhaodong Natural Gas Project, researches the communication management of this project.Firstly, the theories and methodology of inside and outside researchers on project communication management are summarized briefly. The forms, the channels, the ameliorative measures, the effect factors on communication efficiently and the tendency in communication management recently are also introduced. Then it analyzes the current condition of communication management, including the organization structure, the participants, the different phases, the existing problems and influencing factors. Therefore, the communication management of the Zhaodong Natural Gas Project is designed, including the aims, the basis, the principles, the communication management system, the communication forms and channels, and the communication management strategies. Finally, for that Zhaodong Natural Gas Project can be practices successfully and effectively, the guarantee measures of project communication management are designed, including organization, guarantee information and program guarantees.Based on the research findings provided in this dissertation, the work effect of the project management department in Zhaodong Natural Gas Project is improved, and the effective communication system between inside and outside project manager department is set up, which can insure the effective communication in project period. Now, partial results of this dissertation has been used in Zhaodong Natural Gas Project communication management and played a certain role. At the same time, this research also can be used for reference to other important projects.
