Study On Assessment Of Core Competence Of Construction Enterprises In Hebei Province

Following Hebei's urbanization speeding up,the development of construction industry in Hebei has also speeded up,and bringing a bigger building market to construction enterprises.According to the result of analyzing relevant data,the rate of contribution of the construction industry for the economy has been in the trend of growth in Hebei province,and the pulling rate of the construction industry for economy is at about 0.2%thar is higher than that of developed countries,which indicates that the development of construction industry is still able to improve the infrastructure and promote the development of economy in Hebei province.This will bring more development opportunities to the construction enterprises.But many more opportunities heralding a more fierce competition,due to the development of construction enterprises in Hebei province is weaker and still carry on the extensive production,which caused the enterprise productive benefit is lower,and the competition advantage was not obvious,and would give negative effect to the sustainable development of the enterprise,which reflect some issues of development of the construction enterprise to solve in Hebei province.Thus the purpose of this paper is that the construction enterprise in Heibei province can hold the development,through theory and present situation description,puting forward cultivating core competitive ability cultivation of the construction enterprise in Hebei province.And then to do that,First of all,through detailed introudution of the base of research,defining the framework of study.Secondly,analyzing specifically development condition of the construction enterprise in Hebei province,the results show that the necessity of development of construction enterprises in Hebei province.Thirdly,through annlyzing the contents of value chain of construction enterprises in Hebei and the relationship between the value chain theory and the core competitiveness,resulting that core competitiveness consisting of 7 factors:Market operation.Technical innovation.Human resource management.Enterprise culture,Engineering management,Production capacity and Financial situation.Fourthly,based of factors and relative papers,setting up the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises in Hebei province,with 7 primary indexes and 18 secondary indexes.Then the paper evaluates the core competence of A.B and C construction enterprises by using the Entropy Weight Method and the comprehensive grading method,ensuring the ranking of core competence of three enterprises;then using AHP to get the weight of the primary indexs and counting the score of them,and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward by analyzing the score.Finally,the paper puts the measures and methods for building core competitiveness of the construction enterprises in Hebei province.
