So that the research of enterprise's sustainable development has been paid more attention by experts and scholars again. Enterprise resources are rich but rare. The one who possesses the rare enterprise resources will has the initiative in the market competition. The thesis aims to study the enterprise's sustainable development from the perspective of resources, which can give some references to Chinese enterprise's sustainable development.
