According to statistics, the average life expectancy of the world's top 500 enterprises is 40-50 years, but that of Chinese larger enterprises is only 7-8 years. With the economic crisis coming, a large number of companies went bankrupt. Because most of them have no ability to withstand the impact of the economic crisis. So that the research of enterprise's sustainable development has been paid more attention by experts and scholars again. Enterprise resources are rich but rare. The one who possesses the rare enterprise resources will has the initiative in the market competition. The thesis aims to study the enterprise's sustainable development from the perspective of resources, which can give some references to Chinese enterprise's sustainable development. It also can offer guidance to the managers who would like to create one hundred brand and sustainable development.Under the instruction of the sustainable development theory, the enterprise's sustainable development theory, the resource-based view and the core competence theory, the thesis uses many cases, documents and material to treatise the point of view.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the impact factors of enterprise's sustainable development, which includes the corporate internal factors and external factors. The corporate internal factors consist of analysis of corporate ideas, corporate business rules, company strategy planning, the concept of resources, states of company having resources, the ability of utilizing resources. The corporate external factors include the analysis of the company's external environment, the ability of company external cooperation, the ability of digging and using external corporate resources. Then according to the physical essence, it excavates deeply to extract the key impact factors to enterprise's sustainable development. So that it concludes the key impact factors to enterprise's sustainable development are resources and resources management ability. At the last it is the conclusion of the chapter. At the view of how many resources it possessing and the ability of controlling company resource, It analyzes the position in the industry and establishes the enterprise resources matrix analysis.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the resources factor to decide the enterprise's sustainable development. This part is the emphasis of the thesis. The first segment proposes the definition, classification, and feature of enterprise resources. The second segment illustrates some successful examples of counter-routine thought to prove that internal resources are decisive factors, which include financial resources, manufacturing resources, human resources, management resources, technical resources, cultural resources and brand resources. The third segment introduces the other decisive factors to enterprise's sustainable development, external resources, which include network resources, relationship resources, government resources and social resources. The fourth segment analyzes the relations between these resources.Thirdly, the thesis proposed resources management five-force model. This is the innovation point and emphasis of the thesis. The first segment introduces the relations between enterprise's resources and resources management ability:resource is the object of resources management, and the resource management ability is the guarantee and channel of the enterprise's resources realizing value. The second segment analyzes the relations between resources management ability and enterprise's sustainable development. The third segment establishes the resources management five-force model for enterprise's sustainable development. Five forces are the force of resources positioning, the force of resources integration, the force of resources grafting, the force of resources value-added and the force of resources recycling. This is the innovation point of the thesis. The fourth segment describes the relations between resources management five forces. The five forces form a close and ring-shaped structure, which ascends spirally and goes for higher directionFinally, the paper summarizes the main viewpoints and lacks, raises the further outlooks to enterprise's sustainable development.
