JD Qingdao International Freight Agency Co., Ltd. is one of the largest LCL Corporation of Qingdao market. With the sustained and stable development of China's economy, foreign trade has also been growing rapidly. In this case, the company's business has a certain level of growth, but its development is not satisfactory.In this paper, Porter model is used to analysis the competitive environment of JD, and finally get the results of the international freight agency markets still have development and advancement room in spite of fierce competition. For the positioning error of JD and ignore its own competitive LCL transport market, resulting in JD did not make full use of their core competencies and develop its own competitive advantage, led to the current situation of weak competition finally. Based on the above analysis, JD is faced with an unprecedented opportunity for development and also faces great challenges from the market perspective.This paper studies the theoretical analysis of freight forwarding agents, as well as the strategic approach to competition. As the analysis of this paper is to LCL transportation companies, but also for LCL made is defined.The strategic program is obtained through analysis the competitive environment, competition for resources and competitive strategy.Then, for JD's current situation, the paper proposed that as a traditional international freight forwarding agents, its own size and resource allocation decisions that it should first concentrate on projects in their own strengths and take the road of specialization and provide the whole process of independent freight service and strive for bigger and stronger as soon as possible. JD's specialization is necessary to nurture the core competitiveness. From the external environment, not only the international LCL transport market have development potential, and the customer have such needs. JD company should adhere to specialized as basis to enhance market development efforts and to improve internal management, improve the software and hardware facilities, reduce costs, improve profitability, so that their core competitiveness continues to improve for the future to further enter the Chinese logistics market lay a solid foundation.With the background of the international freight market prices gradually transparent, the competition between the shipping company evolved as a business capacity and service quality competition, and also need to be able to provide a complete freight transportation services and other value-added services.As market competition intensifies, and increase in customer demand, JD must strive to improve the organizational structure, broaden the service functions, improve service grade. Business behavior should be regulated according to professional standards on business operations, staff quality and corporate culture, providing customers with high quality services. On the other hand, JD companies should implement differentiated, by means of service innovation efforts to develop target market.Authors believe that JD should be according to their company's core competitiveness, improving service quality, and carry out targeted services to improve their competitive advantage. Freight forwarding market competition has been very intense, JD must be through service innovation, providing value-added services, focused on market segments, build new competitive advantages, develop new business areas.
