Research On Tourism Land Use Classification And Development Model In China

Tourism land is a complex type of land use forms.The use of land resources can be expanded, based on the use of existing land can not be changed. Therefore,most of land with a tourism purpose, also can be used for travel for other purposes.Tourism land can be viewed as the space to express of the tourism system in the land-use.The scope of the tourism land is defined the tourism object land, as well as media elements and supporting elements of tourism land. The tourism object land includes tourism attractions land and so on; tourism media elements land includes the of tourist accommodation, tourism transport, travel agencies, travel services and other land; tourism supporting elements land includes business services, cultural entertainment, recreation, retail and public transport and communications land.The paper analyzes the current research areas with tourism characteristics and future research in related fields, from the study of the domestic and international land use.The main research work are summarized as follows:â‘ Based on the concept of tourism land in the scope of theoretical analysis,surmises the evolution of tourism land in China's various land use types,and analyses the influence factors of tourism land classification, for example, the tourism economy, tourism industry and tourism market, government policies, local communities, etc.â‘¡According to the principle of scientific and rational, sustainable development, implementation of feasibility, similarity and regional differences in division, establishes a three-stage of tourism land classification system which is divided into special tourism land, composite tourism land two premier category; special tourism land, tourism media elements land, the object compound tourism land, tourism supporting element land four secondary category; and natural landscape land, historic sites land, cultural customs land, modern recreational land, tourist reception land, the travel agency land, agriculture tourism land and industrial tourism land, parks and green land, transportation communications land, commercial land, as well as regulatory agencies 12 thirdly class. â‘¢According to the characteristics of tourism land classification system and resource type, combines with peasants land, construction land, unused land three kinds classification, summaries the land development model for the type of construction predominant, the type of agricultural predominant, type of protected areas.The type of construction predominant is the main mode of development of tourism land, the type generally are theme parks,resorts,historic neighborhoods, culture tourist area, five kinds of industrial tourism zones;the type of agricultural predominant bases primarily on agriculture eco-tourism park, picking tourist park,botanical gardens, three as representatives;type of protected areas bases primarily on nature reserves, forest parks, geological parks,World Heritage as a typical representative.â‘£Take Guangrao County as the example, analyzes the classification factors for tourism land based on the actual situation of Guangrao County;uses GIS and other technical methods applied to tourism using studies, establishes a tourism land database of sunzi tourist area, and take a spatial layout of tourism land; and analyzes the development mode of Guangrao County tourism land.
