Along with China’s sustained and rapid economic growth in good shape and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, will also promote the rapid development of tourism as a "sunrise industry". Tourism has become the most robust development momentum in the global economy and one of the largest industrial, tourism as an important part of the tertiary industry, the impact on the economy is also growing. With the social development, tourism has become increasingly show that it is an important position in the national economy.Many of the problems at the same time, tourism research has become a social necessity, scholars also began research on tourism phenomena and problems from different angles. Tourist sites from the1930s has begun to attract the attention of scholars at home and abroad. But is not much research on tourist sites, and studies to evaluate the main research method is more quantitative research-based. With the economic development of the tourism market, a large number of tourist sites or tourist sites with potential for tourism development, land use rights transfer, the transfer of land transactions followed by the tourist sites is the lack of a scientific theory in this regard. View of the lack of assessment theory and methods of travel sites, in this respect in-depth study, combined with other scholars of the theory put forward innovative travel the land asset evaluation method.This paper studies the content:Economic phenomena and problems that exist based on the current development of tourist sites, the assessment of the purpose and significance of tourism land assets, as well as the relevant theory and research status at home and abroad on the basis of analysis commonly used in land evaluation methods, combined with the characteristics of the tourist sites and land prices The impact factor analysis to select appropriate routes and methods of assessment techniques specific to the tourism assessment practice and research.
