In knowledge economy era, the market competition has translated into human resource competition from material resource competition. As a critical part of Human Resource Management, the performance appraisal (PA) plays a pivotal role. Almost all aspects of HRM including employment, training, personnel adjusting, payment and promoting are based on PA, So it is significant to the research of PA. But actually most of the research is embarks from the enterprise angle, and fixed inspection weight has neglected the different staffs ability and needs. In view of this question, this article has utilized the life cycle and other correlation theories and has carried on the following exploration work:(1) Has discussed about the staff individual ability and the development aspect research results which from the staff individual development angle and organization's angle.(2) According to the existing life cycle correlation theory, the article has obtained the staff life cycle stage division in this foundation, and also induced the different life cycle characteristic of staff and to its inspection guidance.(3) By the investigation of questionnaire and interview, the article has analysised the present situation and the existence question of enterprises' performance appraisal, and has discoveried an important reason that causes staff not fill to the achievements inspection is that the enterprise is using the identical standard and the weight to different ability and demand of staff, and has done the research deeply to this question.(4) Through introduces the official rank system in the enterprise, has solved the employee working life cycle theory to utilize in the enterprise actual operation, and has designed the dimension and the weight that both considered the staff ability and enterprise's development.(5)Analysing through the example of A Corporation, has constructed the official rank system and dynamic inspection system by the foundation of A Corporation reality,and the plan has obtained the leadership of A Corporation's agree and is beginning to utilize practices to the enterprise.
