The financial crisis has brought a huge imact to China's economic, and also brought great challenges to the financial industry. For China Merchants Bank, the risk is still very large.In this context, to enhance the loyalty of emloyees through the construction of cororate culture is very necessary. In addition, China Merchants Bank's business model is that its branches and the branch offices are distributed throughout the country, and the external environment and internal conditions that they faced are all different, which means that the whole cultural system of China Merchants Bank is not fully alicable in various branches and the branch offices. This led to that the cororate culture of China Merchants Bank may seem too high, too emty in its branches and the branch offices, and is not suitable for actual business roblems. Therefore, this aer selected the reresentative object——China Merchants Bank Shenzhen Branch Office as an examle to analyze the cororate culture and roosed some countermeasures and suggestions for its cultural construction.This aer is divided into five arts. Chater one is an introduction, mainly roosed the research background, research significance, research methods and ideas. The second chater is the basic theories, mainly defined the concets and analyzed the resent situation, and ut forward some basis theories used in this aer. The third art analyzed the status, roblems and causes of the cororate culture in China Merchants Bank Shenzhen Branch Office. Chater four mainly resented the countermeasures and suggestions on the cultural construction of Shenzhen Branch Office. The last art is the conclusion, summarized the full text results, and roosed the future research directions.The innovation of this aer is that analyzed the cultural of a bank's branch Office for the first time, not only focus on the head office culture, but also highlight its own characteristics. In addition, this aer also ut forward own views and thinking in the secific construction methods and content, etc. However, the inadequacies of this aer are:did not secifically set u a cultural grou to do the questionnaire survey from the business deartment staff, and to extract a more accurate cultural content.
