Research On The Path To Improve The Competitiveness Of Innovative Industrial Enterprise In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang province is the old industrial bases in northeast of china, also is rich in natural and agricultural resources. The resource-based and processing industries of high energy consumption, high pollution, and low-skilled as well as low value-added in Heilongjiang Province occupy a large proportion. Overall, as for the industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the level of technological innovation is low, equipment is backward, rates of resource utilization is low, and there is only single product in category; furthermore, the model for development of industry is still the technological gradient development, the model for industrial technology is imitation. Considering the status of the competitiveness of innovative industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, enhancing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, promoting the transformation of industrial enterprises to innovative industrial enterprises, is the inevitable choice to accelerate regional economic development.Firstly, according to the theory of innovative enterprises, business competitiveness, this paper introduces status of research on innovative companies and enterprise competitiveness in home and foreign, based on this result, this paper analyzes briefly the meaning and characteristics of innovative industrial enterprises, defines the concept of innovative industrial enterprises, and analyzes the features of competitiveness for innovative industrial enterprises. Referring to the growth of innovative industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang province, this paper studies the development of competitiveness for innovative industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. Considering the situation of innovative industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, this paper studies the basic structure and circuit for the competitiveness of innovative industrial enterprises, constructs the system dynamics model for the competitiveness of innovative industrial enterprises. This paper use system dynamics model to test the influence of enterprises'input on the competitiveness from different paths, and analyzes path to enhance the competitiveness of innovative industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. Finally, this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of innovative industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province according to the results of system analysis.
