The industrial structure is a national and regional economic development in the foundation and core.Modern economic development is based on changes in industrial structure, economic growth and industrial change are interlinked and mutually reinforcing.Changes in industrial structure of a region's environmental quality has a significant impact.Since the reform and opening up, Zhejiang Province, the industrial structure has from the first, second and tertiary industries evolve as the second, first, the tertiary industry, followed by further evolution as the second, third, the primary industry.Speed up the readjustment of industrial structure to find there is a unique development path, Zhejiang, have a significant economic development in Zhejiang Province, and development has become the country's best one of the provinces, but the economic development of Zhejiang is built on the basis of expense of the environmenton.Zhejiang Province, the per capita GDP has reached the current level of developed countries, and then not seen the Environmental Kuznets inverted "U" curve. This shows that the Zhejiang Environmental Quality and the relationship between economic growth and, in general, continue to observe the environmental Kuznets curve, the overall trend towards improvement in environmental indicators have not yet reached a turning point by many of the factors that role fluctuate.According to the environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis: changes in economic structure can promote the formation of inverted U-shaped curve. Therefore, the industrial structure of the mode selection will have a direct impact on the environment.Article is mainly theoretical analysis and empirical tests using a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of a combination of research methods.Years using the 1981-2007 time-series data, from the empirical perspective, the use of econometric models analysis of Zhejiang's industrial structure and the quantitative relationship between the quality of the environment, to study the relationship between the quality and the environment, using multiple linear regression analysis, mayout the relevant conclusions and policy recommendations.(1) Time series length and the selection of indicators on the environmental quality of the relationship between industrial structure and the findings have important implications. The longer time series, indicator choice, empirical structure of the more real.(2) Does not take into account technological progress and other exogenous variables affect the situation, the industrial structure variables in Zhejiang Province industrial wastewater emissions, industrial emissions volume significantly, symbols are positive. That, as the economy, the increase in the proportion of secondary industry, industrial waste water emissions, industrial emissions emissions are also increasing.(3) To consider technological progress and other exogenous variables affect the situation, the industrial structure variables in Zhejiang Province industrial wastewater emissions, industrial emissions volume significantly, but the symbol for the negative in the former, the latter is positive. That, as the economy, the increase in the proportion of secondary industry, industrial emissions emissions are also increasing.Structure variable in the industrial solid waste emissions from the model are not significant.(4) For the empirical results of this paper, Zhejiang, industrial restructuring made the following recommendations: to strengthen the Government sector to play a leading role; rely on technological progress and adjust priorities; support the environmental protection industry development, promote environmental protection.
