Practice has proved that the implementation of the project for improving the application of project management, project quality, to ensure the schedule and lower costs can play an important role. Including project schedule plan and control applications, first introduced the ANN JOO Integrated Steel SDN.BHD. furnace project scope, preparatory work, combined with the actual establishment of the project team and organization to clarify its responsibilities and to establish contacts and communication mechanisms, from management to schedule and control protection. Then discusses in detail the furnace during the preparation of project schedule and progress to optimize the specific content of the structural break in the project, based on the preparation of project schedule, work schedule and have a clear relationship between the applications of critical path method of heating furnace optimize the project duration.
